These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the SHRIARPAN website and the purchase of products through our website. By using the website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, subject to applicable law.

The SHRIARPAN website is intended for lawful browsing, purchasing and obtaining information about our products and services.
Customers agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with website operations, submit false information, use the website for unlawful purposes, or copy/use website content without permission.
2. Product Information and Images
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, prices, specifications, quantities, colours, sizes and other information accurately.
Product images may include actual photographs of the product as well as digitally enhanced, designed, illustrative or computer-generated images used to clearly present the product, its design, colour, appearance or intended style.
Due to photography, lighting, screen settings, editing, manufacturing processes, natural materials, handmade production or product characteristics, minor variations in colour, texture, shape, size, finish, packaging or appearance may occur. Such normal and minor variations do not by themselves mean that a product is defective, wrong or materially different.
The main product description, material, size, quantity and package contents displayed on the relevant product page should be read before ordering.
3. Natural, Handmade and Traditional Products
Certain SHRIARPAN products, including Uple, Havan Samagri, Puja Samagri, Ganga Jal and other traditional, natural or handmade products, may naturally vary in appearance, size, shape, texture, colour, dryness, fragrance, composition or packaging.
Minor natural variations, minor breakage or slight crumbling in fragile handmade products do not by themselves constitute a defect where the item remains reasonably suitable for its intended ritual use.
4. Jewellery, Stones and Bracelets
Jewellery, stones, bracelets, bangles and fashion accessories are sold as fashion, lifestyle, traditional or wellness accessories, unless a product page specifically states otherwise.
SHRIARPAN does not claim, promise, guarantee, endorse or promote that any stone, bracelet, jewellery item or wellness accessory will:
- Make a person rich or financially successful
- Cure, treat, diagnose or prevent any disease, illness or health condition
- Provide guaranteed healing, luck, protection, success, relationship improvement or spiritual result
- Produce any guaranteed personal, religious, emotional, financial, health-related or other outcome
Individual beliefs, experiences and interpretations may differ. Customers should make their own informed decision before purchasing.

5. Product Use and Care
Customers are responsible for using products safely, appropriately and according to their intended purpose, applicable practices and any care instructions provided on the product page or packaging.
Jewellery, bracelets, bangles and fashion accessories may undergo changes in colour, polish, shine, plating, finish, elastic/thread or structure due to regular use, sweat, water, perfume, cosmetics, chemicals, moisture, friction, improper storage, mishandling or normal wear and tear.
Such usage-related changes, normal wear and tear or customer-caused damage are not treated as a manufacturing defect.
6. Prices, Offers and Product Availability
Product prices, offers, specifications, quantities and availability may change or be discontinued from time to time.
We make reasonable efforts to keep product, pricing and inventory information accurate. If an obvious pricing, technical, listing or inventory error occurs, SHRIARPAN may correct the information and, where appropriate, cancel, limit or review the affected order.
If payment has already been received for an order that SHRIARPAN is unable to fulfil due to a genuine error or unavailability, the applicable paid amount will be refunded in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the order.
7. Orders and Order Acceptance
Placing an order is a request to purchase a product. An order is accepted only after confirmation by SHRIARPAN.
SHRIARPAN may decline, cancel or limit an order for genuine reasons including product unavailability, pricing or inventory error, payment issue, incomplete customer information, suspected misuse/fraud, delivery-serviceability limitations or other legitimate operational reasons.
If an order is cancelled after payment is received, any applicable refund will be handled according to applicable law and the circumstances of the order.
8. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery may be available only for eligible products, locations and orders, subject to SHRIARPAN’s delivery arrangements.
SHRIARPAN may contact the customer to verify a Cash on Delivery order before dispatch. An order may be cancelled if reasonable confirmation cannot be obtained, where delivery is not serviceable, or where there are repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts or genuine fraud/misuse concerns.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timelines displayed on the website are estimated timelines and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery may vary because of courier operations, location, weather, natural events, public holidays, festivals, transportation issues, strikes, remote-area serviceability or circumstances beyond SHRIARPAN’s reasonable control.
Shipping charges, handling charges, Cash on Delivery charges, taxes or other applicable charges, if any, will be shown at checkout before order confirmation.

10. Return, Replacement and Refund
Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by the Return, Replacement & Refund Policy published on the SHRIARPAN website.
Customers should read that policy before placing an order. The policy explains eligible claims for damaged, defective, wrong, incomplete, missing or materially different products, the claim-reporting process, evidence requirements, reverse pickup, replacement and refund process.
Where the product is correct, delivered in proper condition and materially matches the website description, specifications and images, return or refund is generally not available only because of change of mind, personal preference, incorrect selection or use of the product for reasons unrelated to a genuine product issue.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions or in the Return, Replacement & Refund Policy is intended to exclude or restrict a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
11. Payment
Customers must provide accurate payment and order information.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways or payment service providers, whose own terms, privacy practices and security processes may apply.
SHRIARPAN does not intentionally store complete debit-card, credit-card, CVV, PIN or similar sensitive payment credentials on its own systems.
12. Customer Information
Customers must provide accurate and complete name, delivery address, pin code, mobile number, email address and other information needed for order processing and delivery.
SHRIARPAN may not be responsible for delay, failed delivery or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete or unavailable contact/delivery information provided by the customer.
Customer personal data is handled according to the Privacy Policy published on the website.
13. Intellectual Property
The SHRIARPAN name, logo, product photographs, illustrations, product descriptions, graphics, text, designs and other original website content are owned by or used by SHRIARPAN with appropriate rights or permission, unless otherwise stated.

उत्पाद विवरण में अन्यथा स्पष्ट रूप से उल्लेख न होने पर ऐसे प्राकृतिक अंतर को उत्पाद दोष नहीं माना जाएगा।
4. उत्पाद का उपयोग
ग्राहक अपने द्वारा खरीदे गए उत्पाद का उपयोग उसके निर्धारित एवं उचित उद्देश्य के अनुसार करने के लिए स्वयं जिम्मेदार है।
धार्मिक, आध्यात्मिक, पारंपरिक, कॉस्मेटिक या जीवनशैली संबंधी उत्पादों का उपयोग ग्राहक अपनी आवश्यकता एवं संबंधित परंपराओं के अनुसार करे।
SHRIARPAN किसी भी उत्पाद से किसी विशेष धार्मिक, आध्यात्मिक, स्वास्थ्य, व्यक्तिगत या अन्य परिणाम की गारंटी नहीं देता है।
5. कीमत एवं उत्पाद की उपलब्धता
उत्पाद की कीमत, ऑफर, विशेषताएँ, मात्रा और उपलब्धता SHRIARPAN द्वारा बिना पूर्व सूचना के बदली या समाप्त की जा सकती है।
यदि किसी उत्पाद की कीमत, तकनीकी जानकारी, स्टॉक या listing में स्पष्ट त्रुटि पाई जाती है, तो SHRIARPAN जानकारी को सही करने तथा परिस्थितियों के अनुसार संबंधित आदेश को रद्द या पुनः जाँच करने का अधिकार रखता है।
6. आदेश एवं आदेश की स्वीकृति
Website पर आदेश देना उत्पाद खरीदने का अनुरोध माना जाएगा। आदेश की अंतिम स्वीकृति SHRIARPAN द्वारा पुष्टि किए जाने के बाद मानी जाएगी।

Cash on Delivery सुविधा पात्र उत्पादों एवं क्षेत्रों में SHRIARPAN की उपलब्ध व्यवस्था के अनुसार प्रदान की जा सकती है।
डिलीवरी से पहले SHRIARPAN आदेश की पुष्टि के लिए ग्राहक से संपर्क कर सकता है। यदि उचित रूप से पुष्टि प्राप्त नहीं हो पाती या बार-बार असफल डिलीवरी अथवा अन्य वास्तविक समस्या उत्पन्न होती है, तो आदेश रद्द किया जा सकता है।
8. शिपिंग एवं डिलीवरी
Website पर दी गई डिलीवरी अवधि अनुमानित होती है। कूरियर व्यवस्था, स्थान, मौसम, सार्वजनिक अवकाश, परिवहन संबंधी समस्या या SHRIARPAN के उचित नियंत्रण से बाहर की परिस्थितियों के कारण इसमें परिवर्तन हो सकता है।

ग्राहकों से अनुरोध है कि आदेश देने से पहले SHRIARPAN की सभी लागू नीतियाँ, जिनमें “Return, Refund & Replacement Policy” शामिल है, ध्यानपूर्वक पढ़ें। किसी विशेष आदेश पर वापसी, धनवापसी या प्रतिस्थापन लागू होगा या नहीं, और किस हद तक होगा — यह पूरी तरह उन्हीं नीतियों तथा संबंधित मामले की परिस्थितियों के अनुसार तय किया जाएगा।
10. कोई वारंटी या गारंटी नहीं
जब तक लिखित रूप से स्पष्ट रूप से अन्यथा न बताया गया हो, SHRIARPAN आभूषण, हीलिंग ब्रेसलेट, बैंगलैट, उपले, हवन सामग्री, गंगाजल, पूजा सामग्री या किसी भी अन्य उत्पाद पर किसी प्रकार की Warranty या Guarantee प्रदान या स्वीकार नहीं करता है।
जहाँ किसी उत्पाद के लिए विशेष देखभाल निर्देश या सीमाएँ दी गई हों, वे इन नियम एवं शर्तों के अतिरिक्त लागू होंगी।
11. भुगतान
ग्राहक सही भुगतान एवं आदेश संबंधी जानकारी प्रदान करने के लिए जिम्मेदार है।
भुगतान की प्रक्रिया में तृतीय-पक्ष payment service providers का उपयोग किया जा सकता है और उनके अपने नियम एवं सुरक्षा प्रावधान लागू हो सकते हैं।
12. ग्राहक की जानकारी
ग्राहक का नाम, पता, मोबाइल नंबर, ईमेल तथा डिलीवरी के लिए आवश्यक अन्य जानकारी सही एवं पूर्ण होना आवश्यक है।
ग्राहक द्वारा गलत या अधूरी जानकारी दिए जाने के कारण होने वाली डिलीवरी में देरी, असफल डिलीवरी या अन्य संबंधित कठिनाइयों के लिए SHRIARPAN जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।
13. बौद्धिक संपदा
Website पर उपलब्ध SHRIARPAN नाम, लोगो, फोटो, उत्पाद विवरण, ग्राफिक्स, टेक्स्ट, डिज़ाइन तथा अन्य मूल सामग्री SHRIARPAN की संपत्ति है या उचित अधिकार/अनुमति के साथ उपयोग की जाती है, जब तक अन्यथा स्पष्ट रूप से न बताया गया हो।
